What is not included
Walls, cleaned only up to reachable height as a paid add-on. Ceilings are never cleaned.
Any task requiring a ladder, which is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Moving furniture. Items over 25 lbs must be moved by the client beforehand, and we do not clean under or behind them.
Chandeliers, not included under any circumstances or as an add-on.
Window cleaning & window screens, available as a paid add-on only.
Exterior of the home. Outdoor areas are outside our scope.
Carpet shampooing & steam cleaning, available as a paid add-on only.
Homes with more than one kitchen. Additional kitchens are charged extra.
Extra refrigerators or stoves beyond the first. Contact us to add as an extra.
Biohazard or hazardous materials of any kind.
